Our independence
- Our guides explain when you may not need a paid product at all, and when an attorney is a better choice than an online service.
- A partner cannot pay to change what a guide says about it or about its competitors.
- We do not accept payment for positive reviews.
Other income
If we add services that pass your request to attorneys, advisors or other providers, the page offering that service will say so and explain who receives your information, and we will update our privacy policy.
